FALLING BRICKS
This Residential Condominium Building (photo on far Left) had substantial
water damage behind the red bricks, because of water intrusion. The structural
rebar had rusted to the point that the bricks where actually being pushed
away from the building and falling to the pool deck below. Therefore,
it became imperative, to remove all the brick, restore the structural
rebar and concrete prior to finishing the area with textured stucco.
The Photograph on the right shows a finished job after removing bricks,
repairing the concrete and painting.
