Sepi Painting & Waterproofing™, Inc. was established in 1994, 2 years after Hurricane Andrew devastated parts of Miami-Dade County and all of Homestead, Florida.

At the time the principal, Rick Hernandez, was working with Sherwin-Williams Paint Company as an outside Representative. Prior to the hurricane hitting his territory, Rick was Assistant Store Manager then Store Manager and finally as a Representative. It is here where Rick learned about paints, coating and waterproofing.

For over 30 years, Sepi Painting & Waterproofing™ has been providing top quality, high-level services to Management Companies, Homeowners Associations, Hospitality, Condominiums, Shopping Centers, and Apartment Buildings, for Commercial Painting, Waterproofing and Concrete Restoration.
